Question: Is there a way to do the following?
1- When a booking is created, a profile is created, right?
2- Send an automatic follow-up email AFTER the meeting (24h or whatever), and JUST if it’s the first time that the person books the event
I want to send an automatic email saying thanks, but also, adding a link to review the service in Google, etc… but I don’t want to send that email every time a person comes (for a service as nutritionist, patients comes twice per month, and some for a year, so I don’t want to bother each time they come).

Not entirely. You will get contact details, including name and email address, and those details can be exported as a CSV file and used for email sending.

Notifications in TidyCal are sent automatically and periodically, which means that TidyCal will send the first notification when the booking is created, 24 hours before the booking, and 1 hour before the meeting starts.
However, the reminders will be sent only to your client, not to you.
You will get your calendar reminders as TidyCal will record the event in your own calendar and use your own calendar reminder settings.
Further selective follow-up emails, as you described, can be created independently using the CSV file we have mentioned, where you choose to whom you will send those emails.
